Swiss Championships 2005

Some days have passed since the Swiss Champions 2005  have come to an end. I am still  in a state of shock and think daily of this unique and miraculous event filled week-end. At the moment I still find it hard to find the right words to express what I feel.

It is my desire to thank

The Roy Verdonk Showteam, Lee Easton,
Roy Hadisubroto und Giovanni Coenmanns

for your excellent contribution to the show on Saturday evening of the Swiss Championships in 2005. The show became something special because of you. You have put a lot of hard work and training hours in your presentations which  were rewarded with thunderous applause by the audience.

It was the best show that we have ever had!

A quite special and deeply felt thank-you goes to Lee Easton, Giovanni Coenmans und Louis van Hattem:
With your Choreography and special presentation for me on the 15-th jubilee you completely overwhelmed and impressed me! Never before has anyone done such a thing special for me. I was incredibly honored and it touched me very much. I found your show extraordinary, unique, emotional and brilliantly executed.        

Reviewing the last 15 years of the Swiss Championships, the highlight for me was on Sunday afternoon.

Gabi and Iris:

You both organized the most wonderful thing that I could have ever dreamed of!

(Even if I did not find it so great to appear in films 15 years old)

I would like to thank at this point

• the Rap Team: Lee Easton, Giovanni Coenmanns, Roy Hadisubroto und José Miguel Belloque Vane; und Raymond Sarlemijn for his vocal contribution.

• the Joint Venture Dance Team Ch/D under the Direction and Choreography of Andi Füllemann

• all colleagues and friends from abroad also for their great gifts

• the old style show dances and all the participants 

• all involved parties whose names I no longer know beause everything that happened was like being in a movie

And last but not least I would like to thank especially for the part of the review in which 100 red Baccara roses were presented to me by 100 dancers. It was the most moving and emotional moment of the whole week-end and a wonderful finale.

I will cherish the memory of this weekend always; it will stay with me forever and encourage me along my way, even if the road may sometimes be rough!
